My story

About Elena

I grew up on a military base in the Soviet Union.

Instead of attending kindergarten, I spent my early years on the base. My childhood was wonderful—until my father’s unexpected death. He was a militant, and his demise changed everything.

From that moment on, every day was a struggle. I was different from the rest of my family, and the only person who truly stood up for me was my father. Then, in an instant, he was gone.
I cried, I broke down, and I felt like burning ashes inside!
But then – I rose like a phoenix. I realized, only I have the power to make my life happy and wonderful!

I immersed myself in continuous learning, always maintaining a positive attitude. I began helping those around me, especially juveniles in Russian jails, coaching and teaching them to see the brighter side of life. These children, rejected by the world, found hope and happiness through my coaching efforts.

That was the beginning of my journey—my mission to change lives for the better.
I realized that leaving Siberia would give me the wings to pursue my dreams. Trust me, it was no easy task for an 18-year-old Siberian girl to travel alone to an Arab country 25 years ago. But I did it!

To survive, I took on every job that made me happy and useful.

A few years ago, I left the corporate world, signing out from my position as CEO of a successful construction company in the UAE.

Though I have helped many through coaching and training, my true mission became clear in my early 40s—to support those who, like me, felt alone even when surrounded by everyone. That is when I fully embraced my life’s purpose.

Now, I am committed to helping people achieve true wealth in life, relationships, work, and health. I want them to understand the power of NOW! My tools include Multi-Intelligence Tests, NLP, Hypnotherapy, motivational speaking, empathetic relationship coaching, and strategic business training.
